With hints of the former Hung Hom entwined into the design, the bar features an extensive 270-degree wrap-around terrace with sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. As night falls, the bar transforms with live music and a backdrop of the fully-lit Hong Kong Island skyline across the harbour.We are looking for a Bartender - Red Sugar based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!As a Bartender - Red Sugar, we rely on you to:

Provide high-quality beverage and service to guests consistently
Uphold high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to Hotel guidelines and government regulations
Ensure the service standard is at top quality and achieve high level of guest satisfaction and expectations
Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels, Clubhouses, or premium Bars
Knowledge in standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
Knowledge in alcohol types, glassware varieties, brand names and garnishes
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
