Whether it’s a signature cocktail or an off-menu classic, you bring style, skill, and soul to every shake and pour.A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Preparing an inspired cocktail menu with creativity and flair
Providing engaging bar-side service and drink recommendations
Managing bar stock, cleanliness, and mise en place
Collaborating with the bar team on seasonal and themed menus
Contributing to a buzzing, social, and inclusive bar environment.

What we need from you

A minimum of 2 years' experience in upscale or lifestyle venues
Solid knowledge of spirits, wines, and classic cocktails
Passion for storytelling through drinks and engaging conversation
Great team player with a collaborative spirit
Fluent in English; Cantonese / Mandarin is an advantage.
