Prepare and serve beverages.
Interact with customers and process payments.
Maintain bar cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
Create new drink recipes and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

At least 1 years’ proven experience as a bartender
Knowledge of drinks / cocktails is necessary
Good command of English and Chinese

Bar CaptainResponsibilities:

Oversee bar operations and staff.
Maintain inventory and order supplies.
Develop drink menus and handle customer service.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation rules.

Requirements:

At least 1 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity
More experience will be consider as the Supervisor
Good or solid knowledge of mixology
A strong leader, a team builder and a motivator with ambition to succeed
Able to work well under pressure, willing to extend working hours / working on festive and weekends
Good command of English and Chinese
