- Provide high level of Bar services to all Club members
- Plan and create drinks, cocktails as well as bar menu
- Ensure Bar area is organized, stocked and clean glasses, utensils and equipment
- Ensure food and beverage regulations are complied with
- Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Certificate in Hospitality or Catering Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in F&B industry, Club or Hotel operation, with WSET qualification is an advantage
- Knowledge of wine & spirits is an advantage but not a must
- Good command of written and spoken English
