The Foreign Correspondents’ Club, Hong Kong, is unique. It is probably the most famous press club in the world, it is housed in a beautiful and historic Central location that provides a wealth of first-class yet cost-effective dining and recreational facilities, and it is an important media hub – providing a rare neutral platform for an impressive selection of local and international speakersJob Duties:

Provide high level of Bar services to all Club members
Plan and create drinks, cocktails as well as bar menu
Ensure Bar area is organized, stocked and clean glasses, utensils and equipment
Ensure food and beverage regulations are complied with
Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

Requirements:

Certificate in Hospitality or Catering Management or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in F&B industry, Club or Hotel operation, with WSET qualification is an advantage
Knowledge of wine & spirits is an advantage but not a must
Good command of written and spoken English
