  • Manage the full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions, such as workplace safety, equipment maintenance, office supplies procurement, fixed assets management, office expenses, receptionist backup, etc.
  • Formulate, review and implement administration policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Be fully responsible and to be proactive in all aspects of company operations and to provide solutions and recommendations to management
  • Source, monitor and review vendor service and contracts
  • Facilitate the office contract/leasing renewal
  • Support the office renovation and relocation project
  • Prepare annual budget and control expenditure of administration services
  • Review and update the inventory control and warehouse management
  • Maintain and organise filing systems and databases
  • Assist in various company events and staff engagement activities
  • Supervise cleaner to provide office cleaning and office equipment supply
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
  • Perform ad-hoc jobs as assigned by management
  • Any other tasks/projects assigned by your superior and management.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
  • More than 5 years of relevant Office Administration experience
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication, persuasion, team working and partnership working skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter, can work under pressure and deliver results
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Mature, well-organized and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Admin Manager
