  • Support the end-to-end NPD process, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in developing product concepts, positioning, and unique selling propositions.
  • Collaborate with R&D, packaging design, and supply chain teams to translate consumer needs into viable products.
  • Developing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotion, and distribution plans.
  • Support the creation of marketing collaterals, digital content, and sales tools for product launches.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Role requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years in brand management, marketing, or NPD (FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care industry preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
