My client is a prestigious organization and they are looking for a Human Resources Manager focusing on strategy and transformation. Management consulting / HR consulting background preferred.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and update HR project task lists and management dashboards to track progress
  • Plan, organize and implement projects including monitoring status, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment planning and execution processes
  • Verify job descriptions, organizational charts and staffing requests according to business processes
  • Support project resource onboarding programs and change management initiatives
  • Conduct organizational reviews and participate in design improvements
  • Consolidate workforce plans with project teams, adapting to changing business needs for both event and non-event staffing
  • Assist in long-term headcount planning and operating model development
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years of comprehensive HR / Management consulting/ HR Consulting/ Transformation experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience managing complex HR projects in matrix organizational structures
  • Adaptable to changing environments with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent business judgment and outstanding communication abilities
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese is a must
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities with attention to detail
