They are looking for an experienced HR BP Manager to support their business expansion.Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to strategically drive business performance through development and delivery of short- to long-term people strategy and solutions
  • Partner with local HR to ensure the strategies and initiatives are consistently delivered across different locations
  • Provide consultancy to internal business leaders on all HR related matters
  • Plan and work out the annual manpower plan in accordance with the business needs
  • Evaluate and design the necessary profile and competencies needed for each business unit
  • Identify and monitor the most effective sources to acquire talents
  • Conduct development plans and initiatives to attract, retain and motivate talents at all levels
  • Utilize data and insights to drive decision making and proactively solve for trends
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience of which 5 years must be in a supervisory level
  • Conversant with the Labour Ordinances & Statutory regulations in Hong Kong
  • Prior exposure and knowledge in real estate and property management will be an advantage
  • Ability to build and facilitate trusted business partnerships across multiple functional teams
  • Organizational, and problem-solving capability with growth mindset towards change
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
