Responsibilities:Responsible for the day-to-day all round HR operations including talent management, employee relations, performance management, Payroll and C&B administrationMaintain data integrity of HR recordsEnsure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated, implemented and legal compliance.Review and enhance the performance management system to drive, identify and reward the performancePrepare various periodical HR analytical reports for management’s review.Assist in the ad-hoc projects delegated by supervisorRequirements:Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplinesMinimum 10 years of solid experience in HR which at least 5 years in supervisory role with sound knowledge of operations, preferably in retail and beauty industry.High proficiency in MS Office applications especially ExcelDetail-minded and high integrityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillGood command of written and spoken English and ChineseImmediate available is highly preferableAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
