- Perform manual testing
- Prepare test plans based on project requirements
- Perform test results and report problems
- Lead an offshore tester and communicate with multiple stakeholders and follow up on test issues
- At least 3 years of experience in performing manual testing in the Financial Services sector
- Experience in Jira
- Details-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, proactive and able to work independently
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
