ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Department Head, responsible for all round support of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, performance management, HR system, employee relations, compensation & benefits, etc.;Provide general secretarial services to Director and Senior Executive such as arranging business issues and planning overseas trips;Provides a full spectrum of administrative support services;Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.RequirementsDegree holder in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources;2-3 years relevant experience for the financial services sector;Experience in all-rounded Human Resources (training, recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc.);Experience in financial industry is an advantage;Familiar with relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong;Able to communicate with people with all levels of the Organization;Be strategic, passion in work, creative and details mindset;Excellent in people management, well interpersonal skills and coaching skills;Ability to prioritize task effectively and manage multiple tasks; andGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is must.Immediate available is preferredAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
