The Role
  • Apply the latest analytics tools to single cell multi-omics data and establish analysis pipelines
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with scientists and provide expert informatics solutions and training
  • Implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions
  • Provide mentorship to a highly impactful bioinformatics team
Qualifications and Qualities
  • Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biological Sciences or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years' hands-on data analytics experience
  • Experience in programming languages such as R, Python, or related languages
  • Experience in single cell multi-omics or spatial transcriptomics
  • Background or experience in AI/ML, with demonstrated applications in bioinformatics (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and enjoy teamwork
  • Willing to meet new challenges
