Support the operations of insurance direct billing services including submitting pre-approval applications, handling of letter of guarantee, insurance case discharge and billing;
Maintain the standard and turnaround time of direct billing services and respond to enquiries of insurance business partners and account receivable report;
Liaise with healthcare professionals, internal teams, patients and insurance companies to ensure the service is smooth;
Support the service of Insurance Customer Office and the activities of agency engagement;
Assist the Business Development Team for strategic planning including market research, data analysis, performance tracking and reporting; and
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Job Requirements

Holder of a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing and Communications or related disciplines
At least 1 year’s relevant working experience; non-degree holders with 2 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered
Team player and able to work independently and under pressure
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge in insurance field or prior experience in healthcare industry is preferred

Compensation and Employment TermsWe provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates.
