- Lead the Team to consistently deliver consistent high-quality products and services to the guests
- Ensure that all safety and sanitation levels are upheld in accordance with all local regulations
- Manage an effective schedule by working actively with workforce management team to maximize productivity
- Enforce Hong Kong Disneyland mission statement while create a supportive working environment to the F&B team towards the business priorities
- Support Operations Manager to run the business perform well, achieve KPI and good result of Profit and Loss.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in restaurant, with at least 1 year in similar capacity. Capability to manage 170 seating capacity a la carte restaurant is preferable
- High alertness and responsive to daily operation changes in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work indoor and outdoor
- Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning, decision making and problem solving
- Experience with basis hygiene & sanitations regulations, inventory control, business flow and guest control relation. Qualification of Hygiene Manager is preferred
- Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation and training skills
