- Assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet to achieve customer service and financial goals.
- Ensure that all safety and sanitation levels are upheld in accordance with all local regulations.
- Deliver unprecedented personalization. Offer discreet recognition. Connect with guests’ passions and create memorable experiences.
- Handle all guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Train the team on order taking, menu knowledge, proper selling and techniques.
- Maintain constant supervision of associates regards to performance, product knowledge and grooming.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in restaurant, with at least 2 years in similar capacity (preferably with expertise in buffet and Western cuisine, and in a high volume restaurant with over 200 seats).
- Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making.
- Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Qualification of Hygiene Manager is preferred. Knowledge in different systems for operations (such as TMS, Kronos and Opera) would be considered as added advantages.
- Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends.
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
