- Implement and enforce the bank’s IT security policies
- Responsible for the day-to-day security operation of the bank including access control configuration, reviewing program change requests, reviewing IT incidents, security reporting and etc.
- Collect data on cybersecurity related risk, attacks, breaches and incidents, including external data and statistics as appropriate
- Investigate security incidents by gathering evidence and reviewing system logs / audit trails
- Provide operational support to systems and security teams regarding security related matters
- Handling internal and external audit matters
- Provide IT security-related training to the Branch staff
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects assigned
- Diploma in Computer Science or IT related discipline
- CISA / CISM / CISSP holder is a must
- HKIB Associate Cybersecurity Professional (ACsP) qualification holder who will soon acquire the CISA / CISM / CISSP qualification will also be considered for this position
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Banking industry
- Good understanding of Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2016 and HyperV / VMware, Win XP / 7 / 10, and MS Office 2010 / 2016
- Basic knowledge in TCP/IP networking and PC hardware
- Able to solve the PC and printers operating problems independently
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility and good team player
