- Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates
- Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
- Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines
- Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and professional networking events
- Good presentation and communication skills,
- Ability to deal with external clients professionally
- Self motivated and result driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to succeed
- Previous experiences in a agency recruitment or sales environment is highly preferred
