It has close to 420 branches and representative offices in 19 countries and regions.For more information, please visit www.ocbc.com.hk to learn more about OCBC Hong Kong.ResponsibilitiesOriginate and execute syndicated loans transactions for Greater China, including feasibility assessment, term sheet formulation, and managing timelines and documentation.Develop competitive pricing models that align with market expectations and optimize transaction outcomes.Work closely with relationship managers to identify and originate primary or secondary deals, enhancing the bank’s syndicated loan portfolio.Maintain frequent dialogues with other market players for market intelligence.Assess market liquidity for precise underwriting decision.Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and business needs, while executing additional tasks as assigned by management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree holder in economic, finance or a related field.At least 5-years in corporate banking, with a focus on Greater China syndicated loansGood communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.Proactive, energetic, and results-driven with a solid business acumen.Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
