- Assist senior managers to originate and execute syndicated loan and structured loan transactions
- Responsible for preparation of pitchbook and information memorandum, assist on loan pricing and syndication strategy and negotiation of loan documents
- Responsible for department MIS
- Strong credit analysis and risk management skills, good knowledge on HK and PRC financial markets and the related regulations
- Detailed oriented with good business acumen and a team player, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, good command of Mandarin
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with at least 3 years’ working experience
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skill
- Holder of HKMA 1, 4 licenses is preferred (HKIB)
