- Develop and execute marketing plans to include online and offline
- Manage the team and oversee the roadmap of marketing campaigns across a short-term and long-term schedule
- Grow the brand presence and foster advocacy within social communities
- Analyze online data, social media performance, audience behavior and conversion funnel to provide effective recommendations and insights
- Liaise with internal & external parties on all marketing projects
- Develop and implement new customer acquisition strategies and track lead follow-up
- Build up and maintain good relations with celebrities, VIPs, KOLs, media and business partners
- Actively involve in new product development and new product launch
- Manage a marketing budget and track spend
- Collecting market intelligence, exploring specific needs and leads; anticipating new opportunities
- Degree holder in Marketing or Business or equivalent with over 6 years of professional marketing experience
- Candidate from luxury hospitality and F&B industry is preferred
- Strong sense in social media channels and F&B market trends
- Exceptional interpersonal / organizational / project management skills
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English is a must
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Highly efficient, with a strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
