We're seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to bring new ideas and energy to our culinary brand portfolio.   • Collaborate with the operation teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for Group Food and Beverage Business Unit
  • Lead marketing efforts for assigned brands, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Assist to oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing
  • Create attractive content for social media accounts, ensure engagement and growth of online communities
  • Drive PR exposures for outlets and campaigns, including media partnerships, press releases, and market influencers collaborations
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct regular evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide support to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Language or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in Food and Beverage marketing, with minimum 1 year at a supervisory level
  • Proven experience in driving PR exposures through media partnerships, press releases, and influencer collaborations
  • Excellent experience in managing social media and digital marketing platforms
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills, displaying a proactive, innovative, and open-minded approach
  • Strong copywriting skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging marketing materials
  • Highly motivated team player with a sense of accountability, capable of working independently
