- Collaborate with the operation teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for Group Food and Beverage Business Unit
- Lead marketing efforts for assigned brands, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Assist to oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing
- Create attractive content for social media accounts, ensure engagement and growth of online communities
- Drive PR exposures for outlets and campaigns, including media partnerships, press releases, and market influencers collaborations
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct regular evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Provide support to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Language or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in Food and Beverage marketing, with minimum 1 year at a supervisory level
- Proven experience in driving PR exposures through media partnerships, press releases, and influencer collaborations
- Excellent experience in managing social media and digital marketing platforms
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills, displaying a proactive, innovative, and open-minded approach
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging marketing materials
- Highly motivated team player with a sense of accountability, capable of working independently
