Work closely with all departments to develop tailored training programmes, design and deliver of training courses to fulfil the training needs and staff development strategies
Organize and conduct training to colleagues and assist in developing various trainee programmes
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for the design of various training and development programmes
Manage course enrolments, maintain training records and follow up related administration duties
Responsible for the compilation of reports and conduct data analysis of in-house learning initiatives
Continuously review, update and improve training course content and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes
Performs ad hoc duties as assigned

Skills and attributes:

Higher diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of training related working experiences
Experience and knowledge of Work Safety Training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Driving license with Class 1 & 2 is preferrable
