- Maintain and offer customer support to assigned major accounts throughout the business development and sales process.
- Assist in prospecting and acquiring new customers, as well as preparing rate and service proposals.
- Support the preparation of contracts and keep them updated with any changes.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to provide business solutions that explore new opportunities.
- Conduct customer profile analysis and generate monthly performance reports.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for new customers to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Proactively identify and address customer escalations, issues, and exceptions.
- Organize sales toolboxes and sales systems.
- Communicate and update meetings with local and oversea teams.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events.
- At least 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Account management and customer service experience is preferred.
- Background in postal and commercial distribution, with knowledge of the e-commerce marketplace and air freight, is desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including Excel.
- Strong skills in business analysis and proposal development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Process-oriented and driven by results.
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team with a service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Willingness to travel with expected frequency to different cities in China or other countries, if required.
- Possession of a recognized university degree.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
