The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisatin promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic, high-caliber and experiences professional to join our Exhibitions and Digital Business Department.[Ref. No.: 3/03 TMS-EDB 10/HKTDC]Responsibilities:· To lead a team of telemarketing executives to promote HKTDC’s exhibitions and online marketplace through outbound calls· To coordinate and communications with internal teams, external agents and customers and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure a smooth workflow· To conduct performance evaluation and training to the team regularly to make sure performance targets and service level are in line with Council’s standard· To support on calling exercises by preparing performance report and analysis regularly, rendering after-sales and other administrative support· To manage and supervise the team in maintaining and developing relationships with potential and existing customers via telephone and email· To take up ad hoc assignments and handle enquiries during the fair periodRequirements:· Matriculated or above with minimum 4 years’ of telemarketing/ telesales, call centre or customer service related, of which 1 year's supervisory experience is preferred· Knowledge in exhibitions and e-commerce an added advantage· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner· Strong leadership skills, problem solving skills and customer-oriented· Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin· Proficiency in MS applicationsRemuneration and Benefits:Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
