Overview:Reporting to Retail Channel Business Lead, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for key account management to drive sales, enhance market penetration, and strengthen long - term partnerships. This role requires a excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing key accounts or driving business growth.Role & Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long - term relationships with key accounts. Regularly visit retail channels, understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and provide proactive support and solutions.Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with Key Accounts to drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.Monitor and analyse channel sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement to develop action plans to enhance sales performance, such as optimizing product mix, improving marketing efforts, and expanding customer base.Collaborate with the marketing team and trade marketing to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities in conjunction with distributors. Provide distributors with marketing materials, product information, and training resources to support their sales efforts.Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Collect and analyze market intelligence, customer feedback, and insights to identify product improvement opportunities and new product development needs.Knowledge & Skill Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
