The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.Employee Relations:
Support employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on performance management processes.Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.HR Administration:
Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling benefits administration.Reporting and Analysis:
Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making and improve HR practices.QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:
3-5 years of experience in HR management or a related role, preferably within the luxury retail or high-end service industry.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.Interpersonal Skills:
Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on collaboration and employee satisfaction.Organizational Skills:
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Analytical Skills:
