About the companyOur client is a well-known and sizeable retail bank group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for high caliber for a Marketing Head position for their Mass Segment and Digital Acquisition Marketing team.About the roleReporting to the Dept Head of Marketing, you will lead a team in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to grow mass segment, including mass, young affluent and cross border segments from various banking channels (both online and offline). You will formulate integrated and digital marketing campaign to drive customer acquisition and loyalty. Working closely with banking product teams, you will suggest tactical business plans to grow mass segment base and conduct social media marketing promotion in Greater Bay Area (GBA) to achieve business goals. You are required to oversee digital performance, social media content, event management and build partnership to maximize business opportunities. In addition, you will monitor marketing budget, P&L, campaign ROI and program results to enhance segment business growth.The successful candidateTo qualify, the successful individual must possess:
  • Degree holder in Marketing, e-Commerce and related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years' of experience in managing mass segment acquisition and digital marketing in retail banks with 2-3 years in managerial role.
  • Solid in integrated marketing with excellent background in launching end-to-end segment marketing activities both online and offline channels.
  • Good knowledge in social media marketing in GBA is required (both HK and mainland channels).
  • Sound people management and hands-on digital project experience.
  • Strong business sense, good analytical mind and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
