About the companyOur client is a well-known retail bank group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for high caliber for a Marketing Head position for their Emerging Segment and Digital Marketing team.About the roleReporting to the Dept Head of Branding & Marketing, you will lead a team in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to grow emerging segment, including mass, young and cross border segments from various banking channels (both online and offline). You will formulate integrated and digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Working closely with bank product teams, you will suggest tactical marketing plans to grow customer segment base and conduct social media marketing promotion for both HK local and Greater Bay Area (GBA) markets to achieve business goals. You are required to manage digital marketing performance, social media, event management and strategic partnership to maximize business opportunities. In addition, you will monitor marketing budget, P&L, campaign ROI and program results to enhance segment business growth.The successful candidateTo qualify, the successful individual must possess:
  • Degree holder in Marketing, e-Commerce and related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years' of experience in managing segment and digital marketing in retail banks with at least 3 years in managerial role.
  • Solid integrated marketing background with excellent knowledge in launching end-to-end segment marketing activities on both online and offline channels.
  • Good knowledge in social media marketing on HK and mainland platforms.
  • Sound people management and hands-on digital project experience.
  • Strong business sense, good analytical mind and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
