Assistant Brand Manager

- Collaborate independently with brand principals to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies
- Identify growth opportunities and implement impactful marketing initiatives to improve P&L performance
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand image in line with company and principal guidelines
- Maintain organized tracking of consumer research and product launch plan to ensure timely execution aligned with brand objectives
- Manage media planning and oversee social media content strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Deliver market insight with analysing Nielsen and other market data to generate actionable recommendations for brand optimization
- Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to implement brand marketing plans and achieve sales targets
- Other ad hoc project assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' brand management experience in FMCG / related industry
- Experience in the beer or beverage industry is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer insights, experience in analysing Nielsen with the ability to use data to inform brand strategy
- Proactive, self-motivated, and creative team player with strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills
