Manager (Business Advisory – US IPO, Accounting, Tax) (40K - 50K)

• Provide accounting advisory services to clients on US IPO engagements, including the preparation and compilation of financial statements and schedules for audit purposes in compliance with U.S. GAAP or IFRS, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Provide services to clients on accounting and bookkeeping (HKFRS, IFRS, SME-FRS)
• Providing support to clients regarding different tax computation and tax filing services
• Providing support to clients regarding company secretarial services
• To coordinate with auditor on audit of financial statements for clients
• Maintaining good relationships with clients and respond to clients timely
• Establishing and maintaining effective internal relationships across different service lines
• Take lead on different professional services engagements
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff
• Report to Director
• Occasional travel may be required

• At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from accounting/audit firm and industry, with 1 year supervisory experience
• Exposure to sizeable or listed companies (e.g., SEC registrants, multinational corporations, or IPO/pre-IPO clients).
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivating and willing to confront seasonal work pressure
• Willing to learn, hardworking and enjoy working as a team
• Willing to work overtime to meet project deadlines
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to travel (occasionally)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
• Immediate available is preferred
• Hong Kong SAR Permanent work rights.
