Click here to learn more about our Benefits (https://www.axa.com.hk/en/benefits) , Culture (https://www.axa.com.hk/en/culture-and-values), & Career Development (https://www.axa.com.hk/en/career-development).This Digital Engagement & Innovation CoE team in the Chief Strategy & Digital Office (CSDO) is responsible for providing leadership and support of strategic business platforms (e.g. Digital Sales Tools, CRM for Sales / Service / Marketing, Customer Engagement App, Data Analytics & Visualisation Tools etc.)As a Senior Analyst, you will be working closely with our business stakeholders to elicit data analytics requirements and turn the requirements into data visuals which will facilitate different levels of monitoring (e.g. sales productivity, operational efficiency) so that our business stakeholders and end users can take prompt actions based on the insights presented.Responsibilities:
  • Work with business stakeholders to capture their business questions and develop data pipelines & dashboards to address their needs
  • Perform Hands-on development and delivery activities on data transformation and visualization
  • Support quality assurance activities to validate whether the deliverables fulfill the business requirements
  • Maintain the existing data transformation pipelines / jobs
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis of data
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering / IT Degree / Data Analytics or relevant disciplines
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working on Databricks and Microsoft Azure Synapse
  • Experience with database languages (e.g. SQL), data processing tools (e.g. Pyspark, Python) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Ability to elicit and document business needs and functional requirements
  • Attention to detail: ability to gather, synthesise and analyse data and draw logical conclusions, demonstrating insights from understanding the business as well as systems landscape
  • Problem solver: eager to explore innovative ways to challenging problems and prioritise working smart before working hard
  • High autonomy: self-organized, proactive initiator, possess a can-do attitude and take ownership of end-to-end projects
  • Effective communicator: possess solid communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptability: willing to learn new methods quickly, ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
