  • Collaborate with peers and product owners to understand user requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Draft and maintain (functional, non-functional, UI) test plans, test cases, and test scripts base on user stories.
  • Identify test data and execute UAT cycles and regression testing for new features and fixes focused on mobile app and web functionality
  • Log and track defects using JIRA until resolution
  • Prepare concise UAT test reports and facilitate sign-off from stakeholders
  • Work with IT development team, QA team to troubleshoot issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in UAT processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or with up to 1 year of relevant experience—mobile app testing is a plus
  • Basic understanding of mobile/web app workflows, APIs and system integration concepts
  • Experience or familiarity with test case design, UAT execution, and defect tracking (JIRA preferred)
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Ability to learn rapidly and work collaboratively under tight timelines
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to cross-functional teams
