In this role, you will support the Business Analysis Lead in designing, implementing, and optimizing our new digital and policy servicing applications, with the objective of transforming the customer journey and improving operational efficiency.You will have the opportunity to support one of the following projects, each with a designated contract period:-1. 24-month contract for the project of new policy servicing system2. 12-month contract for insurance customer portal enhancementThe JobAnalyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities with a customer-centric mindset.Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear, traceable requirement documents.Review system design documentation to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and customer experience standards.Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams including product owners, UX/UI designers, developers, testers, and business SMEs. Facilitate communication and manage conflicts between business users and IT teams.Proactively identify and assess key issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle, and escalate them promptly to ensure timely resolution and informed decision-making.Design and prepare test plans and scenarios based on business requirements and solution design in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of UAT activities.Validate test results and provide timely support for issue resolution during the testing period.Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to business users.Assistant managers are expected to drive process flow change as to achieve efficiency gainThe PersonBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.Minimum 3–4 years of business analysis experience in the Life Insurance industry, with strong understanding of policy servicing or customer service operations.Experience in system revamp projects is preferred.Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Team player capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Hands on experience in UX/UI design is a plus.Information collected will be treated in strict confidence and used solely for recruitment purpose.
