Company DescriptionMy client is looking for a Training talent to join their team.Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training strategies and programs for front-line staff that align with the brand's values, customer service standards, and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and goals for the front-line team, ensuring that training initiatives support business objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules that enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service excellence.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and coaching sessions to support the application of newly acquired skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with store managers to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to foster their growth and prepare them for future leadership roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, luxury brand best practices, and new training methodologies, incorporating them into the training programs as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with external training vendors or consultants to leverage their expertise and resources for specialized training needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among the front-line staff, creating opportunities for their career growth and advancement within the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR and talent management teams to align training initiatives with succession planning and talent development strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Education, Business Administration) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and adult learning theory.
  • Experience designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for front-line staff, including product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with luxury brand values and customer experience expectations in the luxury retail sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire in-store staff at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in store management or leadership roles within the retail industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to promote professional growth.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), training software, and multimedia tools is a plus.
