- Develop and design retail training strategies, concept, content and tools in achieving overall business & people development objectives
- Responsible for train-the-trainer programme
- Provide a wide range of training program, including customer experience programme design, soft skills and mindset training, management training
- Manage and monitor the field trainers for the entire training programme and post training follow up
- Degree educated
- 3 - 8 years retail training experience from beauty/ luxury/ fashion/ consumer product industry
- Proficient communication skills in English and Cantonese
- More experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager
