Company DescriptionOur client is a globally renowned fashion brand that owns an extensive range of product portfolio. They have achieved rocket sales growth in recent years. Due to the upcoming expansion plan, they are now looking for a Senior Regional Training Manager to join their team.Responsibilities
  • Develop and design retail training strategies, concept, content and tools in achieving overall business & people development objectives
  • Responsible for train-the-trainer programme
  • Provide a wide range of training program, including customer experience programme design, soft skills and mindset training, management training
  • Manage and monitor the field trainers for the entire training programme and post training follow up
Requirements
  • Degree educated
  • 3 - 8 years retail training experience from beauty/ luxury/ fashion/ consumer product industry
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • More experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager
