- Act as a Field Coach to store staff to train the selling techniques and the service standard in order to provide the best experience to clients
- Regular communication with retail staff to stay updated on product launches, brand campaigns, and any changes in brand direction.
- Collaborate with the brand team to create and adapt training materials in line with global brand standards
- Work with departmental managers to identify training needs and design an overall training plan to meet the identified needs
- Prepare report and regular training process update for management review
- Education in relevant discipline
- Minimum 6 - 9 years' relevant training and development experience in fast fashion industry
- Have great passion in training and development, highly motivated, dynamic and proactive
- Good communication and leadership skills
