Assistant Training Manager (Fast Fashion)

• Act as a Field Coach to store staff to train the selling techniques and the service standard in order to provide the best experience to clients
• Regular communication with retail staff to stay updated on product launches, brand campaigns, and any changes in brand direction.
• Collaborate with the brand team to create and adapt training materials in line with global brand standards
• Work with departmental managers to identify training needs and design an overall training plan to meet the identified needs
• Prepare report and regular training process update for management review

• Education in relevant discipline
• Minimum 6 - 9 years' relevant training and development experience in fast fashion industry
• Have great passion in training and development, highly motivated, dynamic and proactive
• Good communication and leadership skills
