We are a member of the global AXA Group, bringing multi-manager expertise to the whole company.DISCOVER your opportunityThe role’s main purpose is to work closely with the Head of Product and Content Marketing to implement the overall AXA IM Select marketing strategy, with a focus on the Asian markets that are supported centrally, which includes Hong Kong, Thailand and Philippines.Your role and responsibilities will include:
  • Support the Head of Product and Content Marketing to deliver the overall marketing strategy with a focus on centrally supported Asian markets, plus Global content initiatives and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the single point of contacts (SPOCs – relationship managers in the distribution teams) for each of the Asian markets to understand the product and education priorities for their markets and deliver marketing content and activity to support.
  • Own the development of effective storytelling and regular support materials where applicable for defined priority products across target markets. Delivering content pithed at retail clients across various formats including pitch decks, sales aids, video etc. as applicable
  • Work closely with wider marketing teams (digital and creative studio) and other functional teams to deliver best in class marketing and take advantage of the opportunities in the market.
  • Responsibility for curating key investment topics and areas of content focus for centrally supported Asian markets and representing these at the Monthly Global Editorial Committee meetings.
  • Deliver online and offline event series,
  • Support on the delivery of global marketing initiatives in line with the global marketing plan
  • Support the Head of Product and Content Marketing on award submissions and ad hoc crisis communication requirements.
  • Support the on the delivery and maintenance of the global literature suite.
QualificationsSHARE your unique expertiseYour qualifications and experience:
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese is a requirement for the role.
  • 7+ years’ experience of working within a similar role in asset management (ideally) or Financial Services sector.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes with strong PowerPoint skills a plus.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients/colleagues/service providers.
  • A willingness to take personal ownership of and responsibility for the role.
  • Ability to feed ideas/suggestions into the marketing team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, can work alone and is able to adapt to deadlines.
  • Follows through on issues and ensures that deadlines are adhered to.
  • Organised, precise and methodical ensuring that relevant detail is not overlooked.
