To carry out daily operations and supervise the service provider to deliver a high-standard property management service for the designated portfolio
Responsible for managing tenancy issues and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and clauses in the Deed of Mutual Covenant.
Coordinate with internal departments in all property management-related matters
Deal with all enquiries, complaints and requests and take appropriate and necessary follow-up actions

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Holder of a valid Property Management License would be an advantage
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good knowledge in Word Processing, Excel & PowerPoint
Applicants with lesser experience may be considered for the Officer role
