
Assistant Manager, Sales & Commissions Management

- Manage sales commission processes, including policy development and performance target setting for sales teams.
- Analyze commission data and generate timely reports and performance insights for business units and HR.
- Coordinate with regional units and sales teams to clarify commission policies and resolve data discrepancies.
- Prepare operational analysis reports and specialized analytical materials for management.
- Work closely with Compliance and Internal Audit teams to ensure adherence to sales-related regulations and audit requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing budget management and data analysis; experience in telecommunications or related industries is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in logical thinking, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Skilled in data analysis and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
