Our client is a leading global telecommunications provider offering international connectivity, cloud services, and data solutions across multiple regions, backed by extensive infrastructure and network resources.Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales commission processes, including policy development and performance target setting for sales teams.
  • Analyze commission data and generate timely reports and performance insights for business units and HR.
  • Coordinate with regional units and sales teams to clarify commission policies and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Prepare operational analysis reports and specialized analytical materials for management.
  • Work closely with Compliance and Internal Audit teams to ensure adherence to sales-related regulations and audit requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing budget management and data analysis; experience in telecommunications or related industries is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in logical thinking, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Skilled in data analysis and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
