  • We are a small but highly efficient importer and distributor of high-end frozen meat products, proudly serving Hong Kong’s most prestigious clients—including 5-star hotels, luxury clubhouses, and fine-dining restaurants.
  • With our own warehouse and dedicated delivery fleet, we ensure fast, reliable service and uncompromising product quality.
  • We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to help expand our market presence and elevate our client experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and capture market share
  • Provide professional, attentive service to existing customers to maintain long-term relationships
  • Identify and pursue new potential clients within the premium hospitality sector
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Stay informed on industry developments to proactively generate leads
Role Structure
  • This is an individual contributor role — no team management required
  • Reports directly to the business owner for fast decision-making and clear direction
Ideal Candidates
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience in the food industry
  • Direct experience selling to hotels, clubhouses, and high-end restaurants is essential
  • Experience in high-end frozen meat products is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Passion for premium food and commitment to excellence
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
