- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the institution's goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee performance appraisal systems and career development programs to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Handle employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and execute training programs to build employee skills and enhance organizational capacity.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years all rounded experience in HR sector; with manufacturing or logistic industry experience would be a plus
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employment regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
