We are looking for an individual with a passion to create digital campaigns and foster social advocacy for Phillip Wain, Asia’s leading fitness and beauty ladies clubhouse. You will be responsible for developing social media campaigns that will engage new clients and drive business value.Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Provide monthly marketing programs and promotional campaigns to raise brand awareness across digital media platform and social media, and to generate shop traffic
Assist in content writing and artwork adaption for social media platform, official website update and maintenance
Manage editorial calendars and syndicate messaging schedules primarily across Facebook and Instagram
Collaborate with various agencies to formulate integrated campaign strategies that make effective use of Phillip Wain’s social media plus owned digital platforms such as website and youtube
Plan and implement sales and marketing programs in line with business objectives
Monitor marketing and promotional campaigns. Run and prepare business analysis, reports and recommendations for management review
Develop and liaise with agencies /designer on marketing collaterals

Background and Experience

Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
Preferably 5 years’ experience in beauty or fitness industry
Knowledge on graphic design is preferred
Proactive, figure sensitive and attentive to details
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
