Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing & Promotion Department

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve customer acquisition goals
• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms to foster community engagement and brand loyalty
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising
• Acquire, manage, and segment customer databases to ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and effective campaign targeting
• Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing performance

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field with a major in Marketing
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Extensive experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Chinese word processing is advantageous
