- Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Leverage marketing data analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketers, fostering innovation and growth.
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally within luxury, retail, or consumer goods.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital or business related discipline.
- Proven success in building digital marketing functions from the ground up.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and digital ecosystems.
- Experience working in multinational environments with cross-cultural teams.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
