- Lead internal IT team and external provider to provide timely support for business operation
- Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests in accordance with pre-defined SLA
- Maintain client devices and peripherals in good working condition with up-to-date security patches
- Prepare and maintain service desk standards, guidelines and procedures
- Propose and deploy client-side solutions in IT and office renovation project
- Contribute ideas to simplify and automate service desk processes and procedures
- Sold working experience in service desk support/end user computing, preferably in a sizable organization
- Strong technical knowledge on ITSM system such as BMC Helix, Microsoft products (Windows 10, Active Directory, Outlook, Microsoft 365)
- Team leadership or vendor management experience is required
- Knowledge on MDM solutions, iOS/Android, Video Conferencing solutions, 2FA, Follow-You Printing solutions, Client endpoint security solutions, ManageEngine, Citrix remote access solutions is a plus
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- ITIL certification holder is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Candidate with less experience is also considerable
