My client, an enterprise size in-house company, is looking for a Senior IT Service Engineer to join their internal team.Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead internal IT team and external provider to provide timely support for business operation
  • Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests in accordance with pre-defined SLA
  • Maintain client devices and peripherals in good working condition with up-to-date security patches
  • Prepare and maintain service desk standards, guidelines and procedures
  • Propose and deploy client-side solutions in IT and office renovation project
  • Contribute ideas to simplify and automate service desk processes and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
  • Sold working experience in service desk support/end user computing, preferably in a sizable organization
  • Strong technical knowledge on ITSM system such as BMC Helix, Microsoft products (Windows 10, Active Directory, Outlook, Microsoft 365)
  • Team leadership or vendor management experience is required
  • Knowledge on MDM solutions, iOS/Android, Video Conferencing solutions, 2FA, Follow-You Printing solutions, Client endpoint security solutions, ManageEngine, Citrix remote access solutions is a plus
  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • ITIL certification holder is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Candidate with less experience is also considerable
