A rare opportunity has arisen and they are now inviting a General Manager to join their headquarter based in Hong Kong.About The RoleReporting to the Chief Executive Officer and managing the daily business operations across retail, e-commerce, product development, sales and distribution channels, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance meets industry and company's standards. This is a pivotal position where you will foster a collaborative and high-performing team by leading, training and mentoring a cross-functional team consisting of sales, marketing, retail and e-commerce. You have full accountability on profit and loss responsibilities, manage top line and bottom line budgets, optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability and to achieve business goals. Working closely with the research & development team, you will ensure all products comply with compliance and local regulatory standards, and maintaining company's reputation for manufacturing high-quality health products. Most importantly, you will continuously provide insights to improve product innovation and business operations by keeping up to date on the latest trends and innovation in the healthcare industry.The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree holder in any disciplines.
  • Minimum 15 years of sales and marketing experience in OTC, Nutrition and FMCG industries, with a track record of creating effective O2O sales and marketing strategies for Hong Kong, Macau and China markets.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, and possess an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role.
