...The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations combined with the element of business development and marketing to strategically grow the presence and awareness of the clinic's service in Hong Kong, partnering with insurance and/or hospitals to drive a strategic partnership.about the job.
- Responsible for the growth of the organization in Hong Kong, driving profitability, margins and awareness in the sector
- Formulate strategic initiatives to drive short to long term growth, including strategic partnerships with insurance businesses, hospitals and universities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (medical professional, frontline operation staffs, C-levels etc.) to drive business strategies to reach objectives
- Analysis on the market to identify gaps and opportunities to promote clinic's solution to the local market needs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Prepare and present reports on performances, trends to Group CEO and board of directors
- Manage and own the annual budget and P&L
- Degree holder, Master degree holder is a bonus
- Minimum 10 years experience in the healthcare sector
- Experience from a business development and/or marketing background is preferred within the healthcare and/or hospital environment/sector
- Experience on managing multi-functional team is a bonus
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders of different backgrounds eg. doctors, nurses, healthcare professionals, insurance organizations, frontline staffs etc.
- Strong commercial sense, numerical, strategic thinker and strong communication
- Strong negotiation skills and critical thinker
- Strong project management skills, team player and positive attitude
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
