
Customer Service Executive of Congregation (4 months contract, up to 22k)

- Answer enquiries regarding the Congregation (hotline and emails)
- Consolidate enquiries and forward to relevant units
- Maintain a log of enquiries handled and conduct simple analysis on the data
- Provide clerical and data entry support for the Congregation event
- Edit name pronunciation in the name reading system
- Provide onsite enquiry counter service and support guest walk-in arrangement on event days
- Associate Degree or above; with at least 2 years of post-qualification full-time work experience
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English (DSE level 3 or HKCEE Grade D or above / or equivalent), Cantonese and Putonghua
- Computer literate (MS Office, Excel and Outlook)
- Capable of handling simple data analysis and consolidation using Excel
- Strong communication skills and attention to details
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Pleasant personality and presentable, with high level of patience
- Previous customer service experience would be an advantage
