Hygiene Officer

• Responsible for development and implementation of activities that support Club quality objectives.
• Support the accomplishment of corporate strategic plans that achieve high impact and significant improvements in food hygiene and safety.
• Conduct analysis of operation processes for food safety standard including internal daily inspection to eliminate staff’s bad habit and improve food hygiene efficiency.
• Assure the requirements of the quality management system are maintained within the requirements of ISO22000. Includes the quality reporting, corrective/preventive actions, Internal Auditing System and customer complaint tracking.
• Analyze quality data, and report results in terms of impact to the Club objectives and continuous improvement targets.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with support personnel and senior management with regards to quality issues and corrective actions.
• Recommend course of actions and report daily special occurrence and any irregularities for follow-up action to management for advice.
• Apply, teach, and skillfully use techniques for system design, reengineering, quality improvement, outcomes measurement, and statistical analysis regarding food safety issues.
• Advise and provide regular training for all food handlers including all new joiners.
• Plan, design, organise and evaluate in-house hygiene training programmes to ensure training effectiveness and that staff are able to transfer such learning to the job.
• Attend meetings as requested.

• Graduated from School of Food Science and Safety Management or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge and concepts on Food Safety Management of ISO22000 System or related disciplines.
• Highly self-motivated, energetic and customer-oriented.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
